Two new blogs!

Obviously, I have WAY too much time on my hands...

I've enjoyed writing the Real World Illustrator blog for close to two years now. I love getting emails from folks all over the world, and I love being able to help with Illustrator.

But believe it or not, I have other things to share as well.

There are a million blogs that cover Photoshop, so I won't go there. There is also the wonderful InDesign Secrets blog, so that's covered as well. But lately, I've had many people ask me about Version Cue. It seems there isn't that much information out there around the subject, and so I've created a new blog where I hope to shed some light on the subject.

The address is http://versioncue.blogspot.com.

But I realized that one blog simply isn't enough, because lately, I've been taking more interest in the mobile platform. So much so, in fact, that I've created a blog to document my foray into that medium. The blog is called Designing for Mobile and it covers the mobile platform from a design perspective, including the use of Adobe Device Central and FlashLite. If mobile is something that interests you, I hope you'll join me for the ride.

The address is http://designingformobile.blogspot.com.

Let me know what you think!

Great idea! Perhaps you can convince me why on earth I should bother using Version Cue. ;-) I use just about everything but have not found a real need for Version Cue.

Mordy has a metadata itch to scratch! Sounds good, my question is: what is version cue?

Both of you will just have to start reading the Version Cue blog then -- all of your questions will be answered in short order :)

Mordy... Thanks for starting the new blogs. Version Cue and Device Central are two subjects with too little information. It's not that have an a urge to use them, but it's always good to understand how they works and what goal they have been created and given to us, creative suite users. Who knows we might start using them!

Mordy....

In your two others blog, their is no way to post comments unless you have a google or blogger account. This is not the case for RWillustrator blog where we can choose Other or Anonymous...

Thanks for bringing that to my attention JC -- I've changed the setting to allow anonymous comments.

I really appreciate all the suggestions from everyone :)
