A whirlwind of a week

My week in Australia went by quickly. Maybe the time flew by faster because my luggage was only with me for half the trip (apparently, my luggage decided to spend an extra few days in LAX). But in either case, I got to meet some truly wonderful and talented folks from the other side of the world. Both the Photoshop LIVE Conference and the Creative Suite LIVE Conference were fantastic.

On Friday, I spent the entire day with some awesome iStockPhoto illustrators (image below).



It's amazing to be able to travel the world and meet such talented artists and creative individuals.

Luggage always seems hesitant to travel to Australia, I must say! Hope you had a good time here in Melbourne, it was great to meet you and hear your talk last Friday. Can't wait to try out some of those tips when I get back to Winnipeg. (Sam Posnick, "sposnick" on iStock)

HI Mordy, It was such a privilege to have you show us your insider secrets to Illustrator. I love the appearance panel, tried to use it before and thought it was just a gimmick but now it's the best. The only thing I can't repeat that you showed us is when you had the 3 circles with a border around the outside of them all, and they were each a different color, been trying this for ages and am missing a step somewhere. Mine all end being the same color or have the line going around each of them. Please can you post the file you made on the web if you have it.
