I couldn't figure out how to "change its Blend Mode to Multiply" in that step. Could you please clarify how to do that?Colleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12936135792197367204noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20113929.post-72450253717107159022011-03-05T16:39:14.827-05:002011-03-05T16:39:14.827-05:00Thanks SO much for this I am a middle school stude...Thanks SO much for this I am a middle school student who loves graphic design and I'm using Illustrator for a school project. I ended up being able to use one of the presets that comes with it, I'm not used to templates that actually work! Thanks!! And keep it up.Jasminenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20113929.post-55450901015147910182010-07-02T08:39:12.800-04:002010-07-02T08:39:12.800-04:00Goldie, unfortunately there's no way to automa...Goldie, unfortunately there's no way to automatically convert effect to gradient mesh. Is there a way to auto-convert an illustrator effect like an inner-glow into a gradient mesh. Even if this did not come with illustrator-maybe someone has created a plug-in that does this? any ideas?

Very much appreciated. Then choose the Convert to Shape/Rectangle effect and choose a Relative Extra Width somewhere between 12 and 13 pt. Save it as a style and apply when needed.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20113929.post-91554684164318093572009-02-10T15:05:00.000-05:002009-02-10T15:05:00.000-05:00Great blog Mordy! (i.e. irregular lines going in different directions) ...got so close but whatever I tried something messed up. Either the dots got squashed or the lines didn't meet properely or the directions got messed up. It also only seemed to like 90 degree angles. ...will have to give it a go again sometime.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-20113929.post-24864568107287461532009-01-30T10:53:00.000-05:002009-01-30T10:53:00.000-05:00Love what you did with the gradient and the fx on ...Love what you did with the gradient and the fx on the framed & matted image.Mariellahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01586466446319719736noreply@blogger.com
